We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that limited-edition items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at info@bornstunner.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
