Born Stunner Return Policy:

At Born Stunner, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must accompany the return.

4. Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, undergarments, swimwear, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

*How to Return:*

1. Online Returns:
• Log in to your account on our website, go to the "Orders" section, and select the items you wish to return.

• Print the return label provided, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest postal service.

2. In-Store Returns: Items purchased online can also be returned to any of our physical store locations. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original condition.

*Refunds:*

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

*Exchanges:*
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

*Damaged or Defective Items:*

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
